HERE’S HOW WE DO IT

You have two simple options for getting your bag repaired: either bring it to a Care Point yourself or send it in to us. We’ll take a look and let you know how much the fix will cost. You can then tell us whether you want to go ahead with it.

If so, your bag will be back with you in a couple of weeks.

HERE’S WHAT WE CAN PATCH UP

▪ Replacing sewn buckles, rings, screws and buttons.
▪ Repair open seams.
▪ Mending worn corners.
▪ Replacing velcro and zips, velo tubes, straps and labels.
▪ Rebuilding the colour of rips, worn spots and holes in the truck cover.
